The Phoenix Zoo

Just a disclaimer: these are not all our children. The next few months you will see more kids in our pictures than normal. I am watching a few of them for a friend who has just had a baby and is on bed rest; she is the one doing daycare. So I took over for a couple of months. Anyways Brad and I took the kids to the Zoo yesterday. It was a lot of fun. The kids did great and loved seeing the animals. We only stayed a couple of hours do to the warm weather. The kids were getting a little too much sun even with sunscreen.
They each had their favorite animals that we saw that day.

Ava hung out in the stroller.

Brad and Kaydence. Poor Kaydence got a blister on her foot the first part of the day so she stayed in the stroller.

The kids watching the elephants eat some hay. this was Jaxson's favorite

Decorating Easter Cookies

We Have Mice.....

Named..............
Clayton, Corbin and Kaydence!!!!

So I went upstairs to switch the laundry over, but before I did so the kids had asked for a snack. I said when I come back downstairs in a few minutes I will get you something. I have to delay their eating times otherwise it seems like they are always eating! Anyways, I come back down and I see Corbin jetting across the room to sit back down with his "friends"...the other mice. I asked him what he was eating and he said "Bread". I take one look at the counter and I see all my mini loaves that are closest to the edge have been nibbled at! then I turn around and I see all my big loaves have huge holes in them! So only one of my sisters I visit teach will be getting a loaf of bread this week! Here I thought they were doing so good watching a movie and waiting patiently......NOT!

March "Forth"

Alyssa and I would like to just say thank you to our family and friends for all their love and support through out this last year. We couldn't have won the Golden Boot Award without you!......Ha Ha Ha did It sound the like the Emmys. Anyways, we were way excited to have won and they are proudly being displayed in our kitchen to help motivate us through 2008!!

The kids are marching around the house and backyard to some fun music. Corbin really liked banging on the can with the stick!

Ribs Anyone?

Brad took Alyssa and Corbin camping this weekend so Friday
night Edward, Ava and I went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. Their ribs
are the best (I think) out there....don't forget the rolls too.
Ava wasn't sure about this rib bone at first. she kept touching it
and pulling her hand away quickly, then touching it again. Finally she held
onto it and of course put it to her mouth and the rest is history...... She loved them.
She was even willing to share with Uncle Edward.

What a bunch of Monkeys

Archery

Edward found a nice compound bow at a garage sale last
weekend just like the one Brad has. They were playing around
with them in the backyard all weekend. Boys and their toys!

BULLSEYE!!!

Alyssa finally got the nerve to do the fireman pole
by herself. She was so excited after she did it,
she kept doing it over and over again.
