Happy St Patricks Day

Tuesday night we went to the store to find something Green for Alyssa to wear to school. We didn't have one article of clothing that was green. This is what we came up with and Alyssa got the "most dressed in green" in her class. To start the morning off we made some green pancakes too. Holidays are so much fun!!

Search for the Pot of Gold

For St. Patricks Day I hid a bunch of clues around the house that led to a pot of Gold. I wrote a note for the first clue telling the kids that a leprachaun lost his pot of gold in our house and they needed to help him find it. When they did The leprachaun would share his Chocolate coins with them. The kids had a great time reading the clues and figuring out where the next clue was. I think I found our new tradition for St. Patricks day.

Our Snow Day

You probably don't here the excitement in too many peoples mouth when it snows around here. Me and the kids on the other hand love it.
1. Its so fun to play in. Snowball fights, building snowmen, snow angels, sledding
2. you shouldn't fight or dislike something you have no control over
3. Enjoy the season you are in, it will be over before we know it!

What we have been up to....

Ava is in love with dress up and dolls!!!

Corbin and his play group. We were blessed with a warm day last week so we had a picnic and played outside for hours!!!

Brad loves taking the kids to Home Depot on Saturdays, They love doing the fun projects and coming home and painting them!

Whats is a day without getting your hair done at the salon? There is always a wait time to get Lexee to do your hair!
