Childrens Gateway Museum

Brad's sister gave us tickets to take all the kids and cousins to the Childrens Museum in Salt Lake.  (She's the best Aunt Ever!) The kids had so much fun. They all loved the Balls (sepecially Colston). The girls were in heaven with the store and play house/kitchen! Corbin loved the building construction site. He didn't leave the whole time.

Kennecot Mine

While visiting Utah we went to see the Kennecott Mine. It was amazing! The kids loved it. We watched a quick video of how it all works and watched the BIG trucks work as we looked over the edge.

Trip to Mount Lemon for the Day

It was a beautiful day, great weather and awesome company. We drove up the mountain for a picnic and day of cooler weather. The kids exoplored, bbq'd hotdogs and took a walk around the lake. We had a great time.

"Lets go Fly a Kite".....

Spring is here and the wind is perfect for our kites. My brother has a big dirt lot on the side of his house perfect for kite flying....(except when the kids get too close to the few trees that are there) Dad got the kite out of the tree and they were high sailing from then on. The kids love to see the kites in the sky.

Alyssa's School Report on Rome/Greece

Alyssa did a great job on her second big report of her School Career. She did her research on Roman Aqueducts/ water systems. (yes Aqueducts is spelled with an e not an a, I have been spelling it wrong for a very long time) She built an aqueduct out of play-doh and with a little help from her Aunt, Mom and Grandpa (thanks for the pictures Grandpa) Alyssa did a great job presenting it to her class and got an A. Great job Alyssa! You are so smart!

Colston's 1st Birthday

We celebrated Colston turning the Big "1" last weekend. He sure is a fun baby. We had the "Very Hungry Catapillar" Theme for his birthday. I made a catapillar cake, Grandma read the famous story, we all ate through a lot of fruit and food just like the hungry catapillar did. He wasn't insterested in the presents for too long, but the his siblings and cousins helped him out in that department. Colston did however, enjoy his cake! We love you Collie.
