Its a .......Girl!!!

Brad and I were defiantly surprised that it was a girl. We both were expecting a boy for some reason. We named her Ava Chalfant. She was 7 pounds 10 ounces and 21 " long. She is such a good baby. She has very little hair, compared to the other two kids, she has no hair. The kids are all over her all the time. Instead of saying proud parents, you can say proud Big Sister and Brother! We are still teaching Corbin to be "soft", he likes to poke her and grab at her. He is very excited to have her home. I don't know why the kids are so interested all the time, Ava just sleeps and eats all day, pays them no attention, yet they just want to be next to her and touch her 24/7. They love her. We are all doing well and are recuperating from all the excitement.

The Big 30!

Bradley turned 30 finally. He has been waiting anxiously for this day for a long time! Ha Ha
We went to PF Changs for dinner with a few other couples and had a nice evening out with just adults. Brad went with his friend Jayson to a Suns game for his birthday and got great seats.....(with a great view of the Cheerleaders, oh and a view of the game.) We had the Halls over for a birthday dinner on Sunday and I think for the most part he had a great birthday this year.

Whats Going on in Arizona

Now that Spring is here (in Arizona) The boys are working hard in the yard. We did have a few below freezing nights this winter, all but one of our plants survived. we love to be outside playing on the grass and the kids love to run around and ride their bikes. Its great to be outside.

We had a bon fire the other night and cooked hot dogs and roasted marshmallows. The kids loved that. I ended up cooking the hot dogs, because they couldn't get close enough to the fire to cook their hot dogs.
Any chance the kids get they want to have a picnic or eat dinner outside. We have had some hot days, but it is still cooling down nice in the evenings and at night. Brad is doing well. He went through a "Bearded" stage. Now that it is hotter, the beard didn't last long. He still works from home and his family keeps him busy. I on the other hand am counting down the weeks for our newest member of the family to be here. I am about 33 weeks now. June 8th in the magic date and we are all excited. Corbin and Alyssa keep talking to my belly as if the baby was sitting in my lap, kissing my belly all the time. You can't tell they aren't excited or anything. Its cute.

Yes, it is still a surprise baby so we will let you know when "he or she" arrives.
